Position Information

Northwest Kansas Technical College is seeking a head coach for the women’s softball team.  Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, scheduling, eligibility, budgeting, fundraising, travel, and practice plans. Coach shall teach and train students in skills and strategies related to competition, mentor and maintain discipline of student athletes, and ensure their academic progress. Coach must represent Northwest Tech and the softball program in a professional manner, while enforcing college, NJCAA, and KJCAA guidelines governing the sport.

Compensation

Compensation includes:

  • 12-month competitive salary.
  • Benefits package including health insurance, KPERS retirement plan, vacation/sick leave, and more.
