Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach

Position Information

Northwest Tech is seeking an assistant coach to provide support to the head coach in all facets of the women’s varsity basketball program. Duties include recruiting, team travel, equipment and event management, as well as fundraising and other related assignments that support the athletic and academic programs at the college.  The assistant coach will be responsible to adhere to College, NJCAA, and KJCCC policies and procedures, hold students accountable for their academic performance in the classroom, and promote the overall wellbeing of the athletic programs.

Compensation

Compensation includes:

  • 12-month salary.
  • Benefits package including health insurance, KPERS retirement plan, vacation/sick leave, and more.
