Position Title: Enterpise Solutions Technician
Location of Position: Dodge City, KS

Job Description
Responsible for delivery, documentation, and troubleshooting of internet and voice services in the enterprise environment. Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots: enterprise voice and data (LAN/WAN) networks; Wi-Fi; external paging/intercom systems; alarm systems; cabling; telephone systems; hosted services; VoIP controllers; soft phones; and key systems. Must be knowledgeable with: SIP trunks; SIP lines; edge access gateways; PRI’s; analog lines (POTS); and home/small business routers, switches, and networks. High school diploma or equivalent plus one to two years of customer service experience required. Minimum of one year working with key systems, PBX systems, networking and related equipment also preferred.
